Set atop a dramatic Mediterranean coastline, this villa was designed as a modern sanctuary where stone, sunlight, and sea views create a calm and timeless living environment.

Architecture Rooted in the Landscape
The villa’s architecture is defined by monolithic volumes clad in textured hand-laid stone. The façade captures the golden Mediterranean light throughout the day, shifting from warm honey tones at sunrise to deep, soft amber at sunset.
Every stone on the exterior was selected for color harmony, variation, and timeless character. The craftsmanship creates a tactile, sculptural presence that feels both modern and deeply connected to the region’s building traditions.
A Stone Threshold Framing the Horizon
The entry sequence is anchored by a carved limestone pathway that leads to a recessed wooden door framed by monolithic stone walls. Soft shadows move across the textured stone, creating a natural rhythm that establishes the home’s calm identity.
Inside, stone becomes softer and more refined
Lithos fabricated a large travertine island with subtle edge detailing, perfectly aligned with the timber kitchen volumes. The warm tonal palette harmonizes with the exterior environment, enabling the architecture to feel continuous from outdoors to indoors.
Stone flooring extends through the main spaces, catching golden-hour light that washes across the minimalist interior. The result is a space that feels serene, architectural, and deeply Mediterranean.
Pool Terrace
The infinity pool is one of the home’s defining features. The terrace blends into the horizon, giving a sensation that the architecture flows into the sea. Stone’s durability and warmth make the outdoor experience natural, timeless, and comfortable even under coastal conditions.
Carved Stone Serenity
The bathrooms express pure Mediterranean calm. Large-format stone slabs line the walls, while custom-carved sinks and a sculptural freestanding stone bath create a spa-like experience framed by views of the coastline.
Soft natural light from skylights brings out the texture and life within the stone surfaces, reinforcing the villa’s ethos of minimalism rooted in material authenticity.
