We are pleased to welcome Elena Mora as our new Operations Manager. Elena brings years of experience working directly with fabrication teams, installers and architects, building a reputation for calm decision making and a precise, hands on approach. She has spent much of her career in workshops and on construction sites, giving her a grounded understanding of how materials behave once they leave the drawing.
Experience shaped by real projects
Elena’s background includes overseeing the execution of residential and hospitality spaces across Europe. She is known for her ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured workflows. Her strength lies in understanding both the technical and human sides of a project: the sequence of fabrication, the timing of deliveries, the constraints of a site and the rhythm of a team working toward a shared outcome.

At Lithos, Elena will guide scheduling, coordination and day to day operations across our workshops and international project teams. Her practical knowledge and steady presence support the calm, disciplined environment we aim for in every stage of our work.
