Amelia Chen

Amelia Chen is a designer and curator with a background in interior architecture and material-driven art direction. Educated at the Royal Danish Academy and later completing a residency at the Tokyo University of the Arts, she has spent over a decade working at the intersection of architecture, spatial curation and contemporary design.

Before founding Lithos, Amelia worked with leading European and American studios, shaping exhibitions, residential interiors and design collections with a focus on material honesty and proportion. Her approach is deeply hands-on: she works directly with stone, finishes and fabrication details to ensure each project reflects clarity, restraint and intention.

Amelia directs the creative and material identity of Lithos, guiding the studio’s collaborations across Madrid, Los Angeles and Dubai.
