Originally from Stockholm, Sofia has spent her career shaping teams in design and architecture studios. Her background in organisational psychology and her calm, thoughtful approach make her a grounding presence wherever she works.

At Lithos she guides recruitment, culture and internal development across all three locations, ensuring the studio grows with the same discipline and intention as its work.
